Lakshmi Menon is in negotiations to play the lead heroine in Vijay Sethupathi’s next film Dharma Durai, directed by Seenu Ramasamy. Not only did the makers borrow the title from a Rajinikanth flick, but the story, which is based on relationship between brothers, also shares a similarity with the yesteryear film.
The movie is produced by RK Suresh of Studio 9 Productions and will go on floors from the third week of December. Set against a village backdrop, the major portions of the film will be shot in and around the scenic locations of Theni. Yuvan Shankar Raja, who delivered a soul-striring album in Idam Porul Yeaval, has been roped in again by Seenu Ramasamy to compose music.
