Kollywood’s upcoming release schedule

Kollywood missed to see its release this Friday (May 16th) considering election results and its claimed as a very rare period over the past 1 year. With effect of it, Kollywood rushes up yet again to see the ready to releases in big screen and here is the schedule of it..

Kochadaiiyaan – Starring Super Star Rajinikanth, the long most awaited photo realistic motion capture film, is confirmed to see its release worldwide in 6 languages on May 23rd.

Thirumanam Enum Nikkah – Starring Jai & Nazriya, was expected to release on the promised date May 15th and is now likely to see its release either on May 22nd/23rd/24th.

Manja Pai – The upcoming family entertainer starring Vemal, Lakshmi Menon, Rajkiran which is produced by Thirrupathi Brothers is most likely to see its release on May 23rd/30th.

Poovarasam Peepee – Starring a bunch of  Kids and Produced by cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa is confirmed to see its release on May 30th.

Mundasupatti – A comedy-thriller based on a fictional town under 1980’s backdrop originated from a short film starring Vishnu and Nandita is likely to see its release on May 30th. This much expected flick is produced by Kollywood’s very own CV Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainment in association with Fox Star.

Un Samayal Arayil – Directed & Produced by the versatile actor Prakash Raj, is confirmed to release on June 6th.

Jigarthanda – Another most expected film which is helm by Karthik Subbaraj starring Siddharth, Lakshmi Menon, Simha in lead has kept the promise that this musical gangster film will see its release as soon as the IPL season is done and can expect to be released on June 6th.

Arima Nambi – Upcoming action enetertainer which has Vikram Prabhu and Priya Anand is also likely to release on June 6th. Music launch of this film is expected to happen soon and the confirmation on the release date is expected to be the same. Funding for this project is made by Marketing guru Kalaipuli S Dhanu.
