Kollywood stars exercise their democratic right

Last time when Rajinikanth voted in the assembly elections in 2011, it erupted a controversy because superstar gestured the symbol of two leaves and it irked the supporters of the other party. Now, a calm and composed Rajinikanth cast vote his vote in Stella Maris college today early in the morning and was the first person to vote in his polling booth. Kamal Haasan, the dutiful and responsible citizen as he always been, cast his vote in the booth close to his home in Eldams Road. It is worth remembering that Ulaganayagan was denied a chance to vote in the 2009 parliamentary elections since his name was not included in the voters list.

Ajith and Shalini, who celebrate their wedding anniversary today exercised their franchise duty in Thiruvanmiyur. Vijay and Sangeetha cast their vote in Adyar and Surya and Karthi exercised his democratic right in T Nagar polling booth.
