Kollywood rushes up in December
With year end hitting ahead, film makers rushing up to release their film in December. Nearly 20+ films are scheduled to hit the screens along with biggie and notable ones. Here is the listings for upcoming releases in December..
December 6th :
- Thagaraaru – Starring Arulnithi & Poorna. Directed by debutante Ganesh Vinayakan and Produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri for Cloud Nine Movies.
- Kalyana Samayal Saadham – Starring Prasanna & Lekha Washington. Directed by RS Prasanna, Produced by Arun Vaidyanathan & Ananth Govindan and Distributed by Thirukumaran Entertainment & TCS Studios.
- EGO – Directed by Sakthivel and release by Vendhar Movies.
December 13th:
- Ivan Vera Mathiri – Starring Vikram Prabhu, Surabhi, Vamsi Krishna. Directed by Engeyum Epothum fame Saravanan and Produced by UTV Motion Pictures along with Thirrupathi Brother Pvt Ltd.
- Madha Yaanai Kootam – Starring Kathir and Oviyaa. Directed by Vikram Sugumaran, Produced by GV Prakash Kumar and Distributed by JSK Film Corporation.
December 20th:
- Biriyani – Starring Karthi, Hansika, Premgiamaren. Directed by Venkat Prabhu and Produced by Studio Green.
- Endrendrum Punnagai – Starring Jiiva, Trisha, Vinay, Santhanam. Directed by Ahmed and Produced by Tamil Kumaran and Ramadoss.
- JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai – Starring Sharwanand, Nithya Menon. Directed and Produced by Cheran.
- Thalaimuraigal – Starring & a film by Balu Mahendra and Produced by Sasi Kumar.
- Vizha – Staring Mahendaran. Directed by Senthil Kumar of Naalaya Iyakkunar fame and Produced by Rama Narayanan of Thenandal Films.
Vijay Sethupathi’s Rummy which was earlier announced as December 6th release is taking a push somewhere in December as per its official print ads. It is also gossiped that it might release in the last week of December (i.e.,) on 27th since there are no notable ones are scheduled on that day. Also there are 15+ low budget films which is eyeing to release in this month as well.
