Kollywood’s final 2 weeks in 2013

Music Director GV Praksah’s maiden production venture ‘Madha Yaanai Kootam’ which was earlier scheduled to hit the screens on December 13th is now taking a push to Christmas day, December 25th. The film likely to go censors in the coming week and the release will be planned accordingly to the targeted date, we hear. Apparently JSK Film Corporation who is releasing Madha Yaanai Kootam also have Rummy in their slot to release this month as well. So if all goes well as planned for the team, Rummy will hit the screens on December 20th competing with Biriyani, Endrendrum Punnagai, JK Enum Nanbani Vaazhkai, Thalaimuraigal and Vizha which are already in the league of December 20th race.

It doesn’t end here, Yesteryear actress Sripriya’s maiden directorial flick ‘Malini 22 Palayamkkottai’ also likely to see its release on December 27th. Its definitely a record number of releases for Kollywood this December! Lets see how many gonna make it finally and works out at Box Office.
