Campaign to prevent inflated ticket prices for Kochadaiiyaan
Kochadaiiyaan release is just 6 days away and the much-awaited meeting between the distributors is likely to happen today. Meanwhile, a consumer organization named ‘All India Consumer-Human activity against Anti corruption and Crime’ has started a campaign to forestall inflated ticket prices for Kochadaiiyaan in theatres. Tamil Nadu has always been a cinephile’s paradise because the ticket rates here are cheap and economical than many other states in India.
But, whenever a biggie gets released, some covetous theatre owners charge exorbitant rates for tickets for the first day first show and extend it to more shows with the same amount. In order to curb this, AICHAACC has launched a campaign inviting film buffs to file an FIR on theatre owners who charge more than the price cap in the state. The organization will reward those who submit FIR copies with special prizes. Let’s stand united for this wonderful cause!
