For the past two days, speculations were rife that KE Gnanavel Raja is pressurizing director Pa. Ranjith to not take up Rajinikanth’s film since he has already signed a contract to direct Suriya for Studio Green after Madras. However, Gnanavel Raja has cleared the air and green lights the most anticipated project.
“It’s true that we have an agreement with Ranjith to make two films for us. But since he’s got this opportunity to direct Rajini sir’s film, of course, we will not stand in his way. Only after he completes that project, he will do the films under our banner, and we are fine with it,” says Gnanavel Raja.
