Kaththi grosses 70+ crores; century mark in the offing!

Will Kaththi join the coveted 100 crore club? This is the most elusive question doing rounds online ever since the film’s release on Diwali. With huge expectations, the film opened to largely positive reviews and the firt day official figures took the box-office by storm with early 23 crores. The film has been doing overwhelming in overseas markets too. Now, the film has grossed 71.05 crores in total as per yesterday’s report – The 5-day collection in India stands at 47.70 crores and the the 6-day overseas collection stands at 23.35 crores.

Meanwhile, Vijay organized a thanksgiving meet for the press and media yesterday in Chennai. It was a personal meet and greet session with and Vijay enthusiastically posed for selfies with everyone present for the event and had a brief word too without making any qualms.
