Karthi – Shruti Haasan film to be wrapped up in June
The untitled Tamil-Telugu bi-lingual of Karthi, Shruti Haasan and Nagarjuna was formally launched yesterday at Annapoorna Studios, Hyderabad with a pooja. Amala Akkineni clapped the first shot for a scene featuring Nagarjuna and Karthi. The Pooja for Tamil version will be held in Chennai on February 28th.
The shooting will commence on March 16th and the makers are planning to wrap up the film in June. Produced by PVP Cinema, this yet-untitled film is said to be a remake of the French film The Intouchables. It is helmed by Vamshi Paidipally and has music by popular Malayalam film composer Gopi Sunder.
