Karthi lavishes praise on Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi

The latest to join the list of Vijay Sethupathi admirers is actor Karthi Sivakumar. Vijay Sethupathi has been the cynosure of all eyes ever since Karthik Subbaraj’s Pizza. When Nalan Kumarasamy’s Soodhu Kavvum hit screens, he was celebrated by one and all. “Though I have the Sivakumar tag to my number, I had to work hard to carve a niche for myself in the industry. But, actors like Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi, without any backing, have been choosing scripts really well and has earned a place for themselves in the industry today,” says Karthi.

Karthi’s Madras, the most anticipated film of this month will release worldwide tomorrow. It is directed by Ranjith of Attakathi fame and has Catherine Tresa playing the female lead. Santhosh Narayanan has composed music.
