Karthi plays a dual role in Kashmora?

Actor Karthi is awaiting the release of Pa. Ranjith’s Madras, set in the north Chennai backdrop. He is also shooting for Muthaiah’s Komban. While he already signed his next titled Yenni Ezhu Naal with Lingusamy, director Gokul of Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumaraa fame revealed that his next project will have Karthi playing the lead. Reports were rife that Anirudh was approached for music and Shruti Haasan to play Karthi’s love interest.

Now, the latest news is that the film will have Karthi playing a dual role. Siruthai was the last film where he essayed a double role. A reliable source in the know tipped off about the film’s working title as Kashmora. We earlier reported about it here. According to Gokul, it’s too premature to speculate now and the makers are finalizing things.
