Kanchana-3 enjoys massive 22 crore opening on Day 1 worldwide!
Raghava Lawrence’s latest addition to the Muni/Kanchana franchise in Kanchana 3 has opened like a king at the box office. The film took a mammoth 10 crore opening in Tamil Nadu on the first day, with reports now flowing in that the Tamil and Telugu versions together raked in 22 crores. Combining the 2nd day, this horror-family entertainer has grossed approximately 53 Crores in worldwide Box Office says insiders.
This is indeed one of the biggest starts of the year, finding its spot right next to Thala Ajith’s Viswasam and Superstar Rajinikanth’s Petta. Kanchana 3 is expected to make better use of the weekend and the holiday season to bring in more money over this week and the next.
