Kamal Haasan takes over Sabaash Naidu from Rajeev Kumar

Kamal Haasan, who confirmed that he was directing a dance sequence of Sabaash Naidu after director Rajeev Kumar was diagnosed with high fever, is now reportedly taking over the entire project. Reports also suggest that Rajeev Kumar is now diagnosed with Lyme Disease and will take months to recuperate.

Since the team has only 50 more days to complete the US schedule, Kamal Haasan wants to go ahead with the shooting and hence he reportedly decided to don the director’s hat. Jointly produced by Lyca Productions and Raaj Kamal Films International, Sabaash Naidu also features Shruti Haasan and Ramya Krishnan in important roles.
