Kamal Haasan’s Papanasam heads to Thodapuzha

We earlier reported here that Kamal Haasan’s Papanasam will resume shooting from the first week of October in Tirunelveli. Now, the latest update is once the team completes Tirunelveli schedule, they will head to Thodapuzha, Kerala where the original (Drishyam) was shot for their next leg of shooting. Sources say Jeethu Joseph is planning to shoot the film in the same house where the original starring Mohanlal and Meena was filmed.

Meanwhile, Jeethu Joseph will make minor modifications to make it look like a Tamil brahmin household. Starring Kamal Haasan and Gouthami in lead roles, Papanasam is expected to be wrapped by November first week.

Also, there are unconfirmed reports that Kamal Haasan’s Uttama Villain is slated for release on November 7th to coincide with the star’s birthday.
