Kalki Koechlin is a fan of Gautham Menon and Vetrimaaran films

Popular Bollywood actress, Kalki Koechlin of Dev D and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara fame has admitted that she is a fan of Gautham Menon and Vetrimaaran’s films. Born and brought up in Pondicherry, Kalki Koechlin debuted in Bollywood with the widely-celebrated Anurag Kashyap’s epic film Dev D. But, we won’t see her in Tamil anytime soon since she hasn’t really received that much offers from the south.

“Frankly, there have been very few offers. Maybe directors find it difficult to place me, because I don’t think I have the kind of face that Tamil cinema wants. I respect Tamil cinema and want to do something here that I have never done before,” reveals Kalki Koechlin.
