Kaappaan Audio Launch: Mohanlal showers praise on Suriya and KV Anand

Speaking at the audio launch event of Kaappaan, Mohanlal, who plays the role of the Prime Minister of India in the film directed by KV Anand, showered praise on Suriya and KV Anand.

“I have known KV Anand for 25 years since Thenmavin Kombath (Siraichaalai). KV will prove that he is the finest with the craft with Kaappaan now. When the script was narrated to me, I was thrilled to work with Suriya. He has an irresistible passion as an actor,” said Mohanlal.

Bankrolled by Lyca, Kaappaan also features Arya, Sayyeshaa, and Boman Irani in important roles. The music for the film, which is slated for August 30th release, is composed by Harris Jayaraj.
