Jayam Ravi starts work for Ponniyin Selvan in Thailand
The shoot for Mani Ratnam’s magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan is about to take off in a few days’ time, as the team has already reached Bangkok to take care of the initial prep before shoot. Jayam Ravi will be the star who will first get started with his portions, with Karthi to join him later on. Ravi has already reached the location and is getting in terms with his character, going through the final rehearsals.
The film has a huge star cast that boasts of names such as Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Chiyaan Vikram, Aishwarya Rai, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Trisha and others. AR Rahman is working on the music while Vairamuthu has penned 12 songs for the film.
