Japan rights for Baahubali secured
After the popular distribution company E Stars acquired Baahubali’s rights for China in last month, the makers have sold the Japan rights of the box-office behemoth to Twin Co, a prominent independent distributor in the region.
Producer Shobu Yarlaggada has confirmed that he will seal the deal for release in Latin America, European and German territories soon. The film is currently part of the 20th edition of Busan International Film Festival. It was after the film’s first screening yesterday, Twin Co is believed to have secured the Japan rights. Baahubali has already grossed Rs. 600 crore at the worldwide box office.
