Japan: Karthi’s biggie wraps up shoot, only patch-work left

The principal shoot for Karthi’s biggie Japan has been completed, as the team wrapped up a large action sequence at the EVP Film City in Chennai. The film is now majorly done, as only few patch-work shots are left to be completed, and the team will be finishing them off over the next week.

Japan is already cleared for a grand Diwali release in theatres, and the makers are expected to get started with the promotions from September this year. Karthi will be moving onto his film with Nalan Kumarasamy next, after which he will work on his film with Premkumar of 96 fame.
