Jagapathi Babu signed as villain for Vijay 60

Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu, who was last seen in Rajinikanth’s Lingaa, has been signed to play the baddie in Vijay 60. Jagapathi was pitted against Simbu in Selvaraghavan’s Kaan, which was shelved few months back due to lack of finance to fund the project.

Directed by Bharathan, Vijay 60 features Vijay and Keerthy Suresh as leads. Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in to compose music. The team is expected to kickstart shooting from mid-April.
