Inconclusive circumstances delay Sridevi’s repatriation process
The inconclusive circumstances surrounding the demise of Sridevi has delayed the repatriation process of the actress from Dubai. The death certificate issued by the Director of Preventive Medicine, Dubai, has confirmed the cause of death as ‘Accidental Drowning.’
However, Dubai police have not mentioned the word ‘Accidental’ in their official tweets. Because police are still investigating the death and there are also reports that traces of alcohol were found in Sridevi’s bloodstream before she fell into the bathtub and died of drowning.
Following the completion of post-mortem analysis, @DubaiPoliceHQ today stated that the death of Indian actress Sridevi occurred due to drowning in her hotel apartment’s bathtub following loss of consciousness.
