Important rumours on Thalapathy 62 quashed!

There have been various reports over the past few days that Thalapathy Vijay is playing a dual role in the film and the title has been finalized as Kalappai. However, reliable sources close to the team have denied both reports as baseless rumours.

Produced by Sun Pictures and directed by AR Murugadoss, Thalapathy 62 will start rolling from mid-January. The film will have cinematography by Girish Gangadharan, best known for his work in Malayalam films such as Angamaly Diaries and Kali. 

AR Rahman and Keerthy Suresh are the front-runners to compose music and to play the lead heroine respectively.
