“I’m suffering mental agony,” says Rajinikanth

In his counter-affidavit filed in the Madras High Court against a petition filed by financier S Mukanchand Bothra, Rajinikanth said, “I’m suffering mental agony and my image is being spoiled among the public. I fail to comprehend how such a suit is even taken on to file.”

Bothra filed a civil suit against Kasthoori Raja, Dhanush’s father, stating that he borrowed Rs. 65 lakhs loan amount with the assurance that Rajinikanth will repay the money if he failed to do so.
