Maestro Ilayaraja has been roped in to compose music for Amala Paul’s maiden joint production Sila Samayangalil with Prabhudeva Studios. The film, directed by veteran filmmaker Priyadarshan, is a subtle, light-hearted drama on the AIDS awareness.
Prakashraj and Sriya Reddy, who played the leads in Priyadarshan’s national award-winning Kanchivaram, essay important roles in the film. Ashok Selvan is also playing a pivotal role in the film, which is currently under post production.
