Ilaiyaraja starts composing his next spiritual album

That Ilaiyaraja is a staunch believer in spiritualism is a well-known fact. His mesmerizing album Thiruvasagam is a grand testimony to his spirituality. Now, the maestro has commenced work on his next album which will be presented by Classical Dance Theaters. The album will constitute songs from Tamil literary works like Thevaram, Thiruvasagam, Thiruvempaavai, Kumarasambavam, Nandhanaar Sarithiram and Thiruppalli Ezhuchi.

Popular classical dancer Krithika Subramaniam will perform for the songs in the album. It is expected to be an enchanting music feast for Raja fans and is tentatively titled ‘Swapnam‘.
