“I don’t have the rights for Premam,” clarifies Dhanush

Few weeks back, there were reports that Gnanavelraja’s Studio Green and Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films were contending for the Tamil remake rights of Malayalam film Premam. Ever since, there have speculations on the film’s remake every now and then. Now, Dhanush has clarified that he hasn’t acquired the rights.

“I don’t have the rights for Premam,” said Dhanush during his chat with fans on his micro-blogging page. He will reportedly start his next project with Ethir Neechal fame director Durai Senthilkumar next week in Pollachi.
