Pressure group HMK wants Sreesanth out of Tamil industry

Sreesanth is all set to make his debut as an actor and music composer in the bi-lingual titled Anbulla Azhage, the shooting for which is currently underway. But, the infamous pressure group ‘Hindu Makkal Katchi’ has urged the industry to drop him from the project.

“Sreesanth received a life-time ban from BCCI’s disciplinary committee after he was allegedly accused of spot fixing during the sixth edition of the Indian Premier League. The Tamil film industry is not an asylum for criminals and wrong doers. We request the producers to drop him immediately from the project,” says a spokesperson from HMK. Will the ex-cricketer survive the storm?
