Have met Kamal sir and spoke about another collaboration: Lingusamy 

At the press meet of Beginning, a small film being distributed by Thirupathi Brothers, director Lingusamy spoke about Uttama Villain and how it was a project that did not go the way they wanted. “We wanted to do Papanasam’s remake in Tamil, but Kamal sir wanted to do Uttama Villain and we went ahead with it. Recently, we have asked Kamal sir to do another film for us, and talks are on,” said the director.

Beginning is labelled as Asia’s first split screen movie, and is directed by Jagan Vijaya. The film has got itself a lot of praise from its pre release screenings and is on the way to theatres on January 26th.
