Hansika to participate in IIFA South’s curtain raiser
Hansika Motwani will participate in the curtain raiser event for IIFA Utsavam, an initiative by International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) to celebrate the four southern film industries, in ITC, Chennai. IIFA awards is one of the most popular awards show in Bollywood and this is the first time a separate event is being planned for the southern industries.
The event will be held at Gachibowli Outdoor Stadium, Hyderabad from December 4 to 6. “IIFA Utsavam is a wonderful initiative taken by the International Indian Film Academy to help build the outreach of film industries across India. Given the global acclaim of the IIFA platform, I am confident that it will become an instant opportunity for greater recognition to South Indian film industries and our work”, said Kamal Haasan at the press meet in Hyderabad.
