GV Prakash, who is elated with his on screen debut in Darling, is gearing up for his next film Pencil directed by Mani Nagaraj, a former associate of Gautham Menon. “It is a quirky, next-generation film. The USP of the film is the timeframe – the events all happen within a day”, says GV Prakash.
The leads, GV Prakash and Sri Divya, play plus two students in this thriller. To get accustomed to the role and to sport a character of a school student, GV Prakash lost nearly 9 kg in three months of time. The film is slated to hit screens in mid-summer.
