GV Prakash’s Darling to release before Pencil?

GV Prakash’s Darling starring Srusti Dange of Megha fame and Nikki Galrani of Yagavarayinum Naa Kakka fame in lead roles has been wrapped up in a record time of 30 days. Considering the fact that the film has no seasoned performers and only newcomers, this is a feat to be proud of. The film’s teaser will be released alongside Karthi’s Madras from September 26th.

Darling is a remake of the Telugu film Prema Katha Chitram and is directed by Sam Anton. It has music composed by GV Prakash himself and is likely to see the light of day before Pencil where he is paired with Sri Divya. Since Pencil has some parts of shooting still left, GV Prakash’s debut film as a lead hero is expected to be Darling.
