Grand set erected for STR’s Maanaadu for a song
A grand set has been mounted in EVP Film City for a song sequence for STR’s Maanaadu which is being directed by Venkat Prabhu and produced by Suresh Kamatchi. The song, which will reportedly feature over 200 dancers, will be choreographed by Raju Sundaram.
The film went on floors on February 19th and STR has been shooting non-stop since then.
SJ Suryah was the latest addition to the film, which also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan, Bharathiraja, SA Chandrasekhar and YG Mahendran in important roles.
“Maanaadu will be a challenging project. It will showcase a new STR like how Gautham Menon brought out a fresh Simbu in VTV,” said Venkat Prabhu earlier.
