Gopichand reportedly in talks to play the baddie in Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe
Telugu actor Gopichand who starred in director Siva’s initial films such as Souryam and Sankham is reportedly in talks to play the villain role in Superstar Rajinikanth’s ongoing project Annaatthe helmed by the Viswasam filmmaker.
Gopichand is known in Tamil for his villain role in Ravi’s maiden movie Jayam. The team has now completed a schedule in Hyderabad and is planning to head to North India for the next leg of shooting. However, due to the recent panic surrounding the suspected cases of Coronavirus in India, the makers have not finalized their next location yet. Nayanthara, Khusbu, Meena and Keerthy Suresh play important roles in the film, which is slated for Diwali 2020 release.
