Gopi will be punished and put in jail: AR Murugadoss

AR Murugadoss, who is apparently dejected over the story theft claims made by Gopi Nainar, says if Gopi doesn’t explain those accusations made on him, he will be punished and put in jail according to the law. “There was a lot of stress on me to reply to him. But, I didn’t. That caused a lot pf psychological pain for me to add to my health problems. I’m very determined that I will not let this go. People like this have made a habit of waiting till the movie release and threaten us with claims,” says AR Murugadoss.

While the case was dismissed by Madras High Court after Gopi withdrew it, AR Murugadoss says he will even approach Supreme court but not let Gopi go. “It is because of people like this that there is no safety for directors,” adds an exasperated Murugadoss. He is currently moving on to his next, a women-centric film featuring Sonakshi Sinha.
