Global United Media bags Mersal Kerala theatrical rights
Popular distribution company Global United Media, best known for releasing the Baahubali series in Kerala, has acquired the Kerala theatrical rights for Vijay – Atlee’s Mersal.

The shooting for the film is nearing completion. Vijay has an extensive fan base in Kerala and with Global United Media on board, audiences can expect a wide release for the film in the state. Sources say the rights have been sold for a record price for a Vijay film in Kerala.
