Gautham Karthik’s adventure comedy to start rolling from February

Gautham Karthik, who has a bevy of films including Muthuramalingam, Indrajith, Rangoon and Ivan Thandiran under various stages of post production, has signed a new project with debutant director Arumugakumar. This yet-to-be-named film is set to be shot in a tribal background. 

“Gautham as an artist has impressed me a lot. He is an exact representative of today’s youth. His vibrance and energy makes him different from other actors of his age. There will be another popular hero in this film; announcement of the same will be done in the right time. Casting the right actors for the right roles is the hallmark of a multi-starrer and we have done enough homework on this. The shooting will commence from February and we will be announcing the title on an auspicious day,” says director Arumugakumar who is still on the lookout for a suitable female lead.
