Originally slated to go on floors in June, the shooting of Vikram’s Garuda was postponed since Iru Mugan took more time to complete. Now, director Thiru has revealed that his team is gearing up to kickstart the first leg of shooting soon. He is expected to update the details in a day or two.
Billed as an action thriller, the initial schedule is likely to be canned in a a 100-acre land near Sriperumbudur where a grand set will be constructed. The team is also planning to shoot important sequences in Pollachi, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad and Lucknow before heading to Middle East for some portions. Arrambam fame Mahesh Manjrekar plays the baddie and Kajal Aggarwal is expected to play the lead lady.
