Garjanai: Trisha kickstarts shooting for NH 10 Tamil remake
Trisha Krishnan has started shooting for road-thriller Garjanai, the official Tamil remake of acclaimed Hindi hit NH 10 which starred Anushka Sharma as the central protagonist. “And 2017 officially began…. #GARJANAI #backtowork #backinmyhappycucoon #love #makingfilms #trish58,” Trisha tweeted yesterday.
Directed by debutant Sundar B and produced by Century International Films, the first leg of shooting is said to be happening in Karaikudi. The film also has actors Amit Bhargav and Vamsi Krishna in important roles.
Currently, Trisha has a solid line-up of films including Mohini, Sathuranga Vettai 2, 96 with Vijay Sethupathi and the recently-signed 1818, which is based on the 26/11 terrorist attacks in Mumbai.
