Four more films join the Pongal race
We had reported yesterday that Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Bairavaa and GV Prakash’s Bruce Lee are ready to clash at the box office for Pongal 2017. Now, three more films have officially confirmed their release date for the harvest festival.
Jai’s comedy entertainer Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal, Arun Vijay – Arivazhagan’s cop thriller Kuttram 23, Kreshna – Swathi’s romantic thriller Yaakai and CV Kumar’s production Adhey Kangal, starring Kalaiarasan and Janani Iyer have been confirmed to hit screens for Pongal 2017. However, trade sources suggest that only three films will make it to the final Pongal showdown, while the others may postpone the release date.
