The ongoing tiff between FEFSI and Tamil Film Producers Council has been finally sorted. In a four-hour long discussion, RK Selvamani, president of FEFSI and Vishal, president of TFPC, have settled major differences between the two prime unions of the Tamil film industry.
“We have forced each other to listen to our demands. We have resolved almost every problem that’s plaguing us since a long time. We are officially calling off the strike now,” said RK Selvamani.
However, Vishal has still not confirmed whether they would continue to work with non-FEFSI members for film shootings or not. So far, reports suggest that they have discussed the wage issues and sorted it out amicably.
