Director Vijay spills the beans on Devi

Director Vijay has opened up about Devi, a tri-lingual horror thriller which stars Prabhudeva and Tamannah in the lead roles. “It’s a part horror, part thriller. Prabhudeva plays a Tamil based out in Mumbai. He wants to tie the knot with a modern girl and ends up marrying a traditional girl (Tamannah) from a village,” says Vijay.

Sonu Sood and RJ Balaji will be seen playing important roles in the film, which was shot simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Bankrolled by Prabhudeva Studios, the music for the film is composed by Sajid-Wajid. GV Prakash, Vijay’s regular collaborator, has composed one song.
