Director Shankar showers praise on Padmaavat

Director Shankar, who always makes it a point to watch and appreciate quality films, has showered praise on Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor’s latest magnum-opus Padmaavat directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The movie has done great business at the box-office worldwide. It topped the Chennai city box-office for the last weekend, earning good WOM from Tamil movie buffs. The film is still facing a ban from four northern states in India.
