Dhanush as Kokki Kumar in Vai Raja Vai

We earlier reported here that Dhanush plays a cameo role in Aishwarya’s Vai Raja Vai. Now, the latest news is Dhanush’s will essay his all-time best character Kokki Kumar from Pudhupettai in the film. His cameo is said to be the film’s highlight. Since Aishwarya knows the magnitude of cult following Selvaraghavan’s character commands, she has taken extreme care in sketching his scenes, says a close source. Dhanush, who is currently shooting for Balaji Mohan’s Maari in the city, is likely to take a short break and finish Vai Raja Vai soon.
