Dhanush and Soundarya join hands for VIP 2
Dhanush is making a habit out of delivering shocking announcements. This time, he at least gave us a date and time, so that we were ready for the news to strike us. Dhanush tweeted his latest bouncer at 9:10am today and here it goes.
His biggest blockbuster Velaiyilla Pattathari would be extended with a second part, with Soundarya Rajinikanth taking care of the screenplay and direction. Dhanush would be in charge of the story and dialogues.
The shoot of VIP 2 would commence in December. Wunderbar Films and Kalaipuli Thanu would be co-producing VIP 2. Interestingly, Sean Roldan has been signed on to provide the music, while it is understood that Anirudh’s famous themes for the first part would be reused for the sequel.
