Dhanush & KV Anand’s – Anegan
Kalpathi S. Aghoram’s AGS Entertainment Pvt Ltds., proudly announces ANEGAN, their next big budget venture.
K V Anand who has directed hit films like ‘Kana Kandein’, ‘Ayan’, ‘KO’ and ‘Maattrraan’ is yet again wielding the megaphone for this new film, which can best be described as a romance-comedy-action-suspense- thriller.
Manikkavacakar, the Tamil poet of 9th century in his Tiruvasakam, describes and praises God as ANEGAN.
The term ANEGAN can also be interpreted, as related to the film, as “A Man with many Shadows”
The big budget extravaganza will have the most happening DHANUSH in the lead, paired with Amyra, from Mumbai, debuting in Tamil industry.
This is the first time K V Anand is directing Dhanush.
It will be a treat for Dhanush fans to see him in a character with different shades and colour.
After a long gap Navarasa Nayakan KARTHIK will face the arc lights in a major role in the film.
Atul Kulkarni, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Jagan and others will essay important characters.
Well known cinematographer Omprakash , of Kalavani, Vagai Suda Vaa, Arambam fame, will handle the camera.
Musical genius Harris Jayaraj, who has scored music for K V Anand’s all earlier films, is yet again the music director for ANEGAN. This is another first that Harris is scoring music for Dhanush film.
The story and screenplay is written by K V Anand and Suba. Dialogue is by Suba.
ANEGAN will go on floor on 2nd September 2013 at Pondicherry.
ANEGAN will be shot at exotic locales at Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Bolivia and other countries.
