Deepa Sannidhi gushes about her co-star Siddharth

Deepa Sannidhi, who plays Siddharth’s love-interest in Lucia, gushes about working with her co-star. She is thrilled to bits to play a dual role in her debut Tamil film. “I’m very lucky to don modern and traditional looks in my debut film itself. The entire team helped me a lot on the sets; especially co-star Siddharth. He gave me a lot of tips on acting. It was very comfortable to work with him, as he’s such a knowledgeable person,” says Deepa.

Directed by Prasad Ramar, Lucia is the remake of the Kannada film directed by Pawan Kumar of the same name.  It has music by Santhosh Narayanan and produced by CV Kumar for Thirukumaran Entertainment. Deepa is also playing the lead role against Arya in Vishnuvardhan’s Yatchan. “I take on a very intelligent and strong character in the film; not entirely modern. But, there’s a strong edge to my role,” hints Deepa about her role in Yatchan.
