Daniel Balaji joins Vijay 60

Daniel Balaji, known for his dynamic screen presence in Kamal Haasan’s Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu and Dhanush’s Pollathavan, has been roped in by Vijay 60 to play one of the villains alongside Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu. “I have lined-up a handful of films including Ultaa and Maayavan and will finish my work on current assignments before the first week of May,” Daniel Balaji told Only Kollywood.

This marks Daniel Balaji’s first-time collaboration with Vijay. He is expected to start shooting for Vijay 60 in May after the first schedule, which rolls out in Chennai from April 11th, gets over. Produced by Vijaya Productions, Vijay 60 has Keerthy Suresh playing the lead heroine. Santhosh Narayanan has been roped in to compose music for the film.
