Confirmed: Nayanthara vs Anurag Kashyap in Imaikkaa Nodigal
The makers of Imaikkaa Nodigal have confirmed that Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has been signed to play the villain role in the film. Pitted against Nayanthara, who essays the role of a police commissioner, this marks Anurag Kashyap’s debut as an actor in Tamil.
“No one can forget filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s ruthless police officer’s role in AR Murugadoss sir’s ‘Akira‘. We are very happy to have such a magnificent force on board our project. His character name is ‘Rudra’ in our film. Although he is a villain, the role will be something else, audience would have never seen in a Tamil thriller film.” reveals Ajay Gnanamuthu, the director of Imaikkaa Nodigal.
