Confirmed: It’s Nayanthara for Karthi in Kashmora

We earlier reported you here that Nayanthara is the front runner for Karthi’s heroine in Kashmora directed by Gokul of Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumaraa fame. Now, the director himself has confirmed that she will play the lead role opposite Karthi in the film. The rest of the cast and crew are yet to decided. The film will go on the floors from February 2015 after Karthi completes Komban and his untitled next film with Vamsi Paidipally where he shares screeen space with Nagarjuna.

“Kashmora can’t be confined within a single genre – it’s a fusion of several genres. It has supernatural elements, but it is not a complete horror film. It has action, comedy, thrilling scenes and what not,” reveals Gokul.
