Comedian Sathyan on board Vijay 61

Comedian Sathyan, who shared screen space with Vijay in films like Nanban, Thuppakki to name a few, has joined the cast of Atlee’s Vijay 61. Sathyan was also part of Atlee’s debut blockbuster Raja Rani and brought the roof down with his hilarious combination scenes with Jai and Nayanthara. Sathyan is also shooting for Suriya’s Thaana Serndha Koottam, which is being directed by Vignesh Shivan and produced by Studio Green’s Gnanavelraja.

Produced by Sri Thenandal Films, Vijay 61 is expected to go on the floors from next month. The movie has an ensemble cast of leading actresses like Samantha and Kajal Aggarwal as female leads, apart from veteran actress Jyothika in an important role. Vadivelu is also said to be on board.
